Actinic Link - Problems importing sales receipt

We have almost got the system working with Sage Line50 financial controller,

But when we try to run outstanding reports after downloading orders, an error message comes up "...unable to create sales receipt..."

When you open up sage, the order has been imported, but no value assigned to it.

We have Actinic link set to create new customers in sage from unregistered orders, and to create a sales order, not invoice.

I am getting a lot of stick from the Sage women in the dragons den for this, so any help appreciated...

I think I found what caused it....

Sage had crashed (which of course we had got the blame for!), and in the process the nominal code for the bank account we were assigning the receipts for had dissapeared.

This woould seema plausible reason why it couldn't create a sales receipt...

I basically reinstalled actinic link just to be sure, and we recreated the correct nominal code in Sage, and all seems to work OK now.
