META NAME="ACTINICTITLE" is appearing within my published site.

Is this becase the Page Title field has been left blank?

That is the normal generation on a page, the example below is froma default site..

<META NAME="ACTINICTITLE" CONTENT="Products with a Range of Options">

the content is taken from the Page Name, if left blank the generated display will be <META NAME="ACTINICTITLE" CONTENT=" ">
