I too have been fiddling (ooh-er...) and have now discovered that when I place an order, it goes through ok but the basket doesn't empty itself automatically - any suggestions please?

Hi L'il Suzie,

You can set the expiry period for the shopping cart under Web|Configure Expiry Period. This will delete the contents of the cart after whatever time you specify.
