Merging/adding to orders without overwriting any?

This morning our customer service rep had to download orders from my computer because her computer (with its own install of Actinic) seized up.

She's back up & running but how can I transfer those orders to add to/merge to her orders without overwriting the several hundred that are already there?

I did a search on this in the Knowledge Base & the community but couldn't find the answer.

If you do a snapshot export on your machine and a snapshot export on the CS machine and keep these in a safe place, then import your snapshot to the CS rep and choose to overwrite orders (the orders on her machine should stay intact, there is nothing to overwrite them with, and she should get the new orders from your machine.

If for some reason that does not work correctly, import the original CS machine snapshot to get back where you started.
