Can anyone tell me if it's possible to make Webaliser only available to the site owner, rather than anyone that cares to add /stats after the web address?

you should have an option on your website control panel which will allow you to make some folders private. If you do not and are on Unix/Linux hosting, you can use an .htaccess file to control availability of folders.
A search on htaccess in the forum will bring up several links to more information.Bill
