Getting security code from Credit card details

I process my credit card payments as Cardholder not Present transactions through my shop credit card machine. It seems with the new necessity for a pin number I can no longer process a CNP payment without entering the last 3 digits from the security code which is by the signature on the card. How do I get Actinic to ask for this number?

Goto 'Business Settings' -> 'Payments & Security', Highlight 'Capture credit card details for later processing'

Select ' Configure Method '

Under credit cards accepted, tick the CVV2 box next to the card type you wish to collect the security code (this is CVV2) for.

The digit length is 3 for all cards except amex which is 4.

Do a site upload.

If you're downloading orders on a separate PC, you must repeat this process (save for the upload of course!) otherwise the CVV2 will not show up in the Progress and Payments tab!
