Shipping Problems

Hi
I have a shipping question (another I know!). I want to have 2 shipping charges 1 for the Uk set £4.50 & 1 for Europe set at £10.50. I do not have any weight or value limits etc but if a customer from Europe orders I want the correct shipping cost to be displayed.
Any thoughts?
