Areti Internet Web Hosting

Does anybody use Areti Internet Ltd (http://www.areti.net), as their web host? If so, what are their network settings? Would you have an import file for them?

As you may already know from my other thread, I am having a nightmare time of getting my site to work (cgi-bin/perl scripts).

Any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated.

Did you send them the file I asked you to send and if so did they respond.

If they never I suggest you get a new hosting company. Plenty of us on the forum that can provide it

Thanks for the tip. I had sent them an edited version, because it seemed to repeat some of the questions which were answered a few weeks back when I emailed them. Maybe I should've kept it in tact. Anyway, I'll see what they say. They seem to be a good hosting company and whenever I contact them with a query, they are quick to respond, which is always a good sign.

What I may have to resort to (which I don't want to), is paying a professional to sort it out for me (or rather my client). It would probably cost more than I charged to do the whole site!
