Exporting Products

Hi,

I have set up an agreement with another company to market some/most of my products on their site (also set up in Catalog v7). Does anyone know how I can export just the product info/images needed to send over to them, for them to then import the product info/images on their site? I tried File/Export, but it looked as if they would be getting alot more of my site than just product info/images.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This may be of help....

If you open the Actinic database in Access, Highlight the Product table and then select to Analyze it in Excel on the toolbar. You will then be able to see columns for the product including description and image file etc. in Excel.

Putting the info back into their database is another story but they might be able to link to external data (being your pruned Excel data file).
