Script Error when adding to Cart

Hi - I get the following error when adding an item to my Cart - I'm using a component option, selecting the product option and pressing "Add to Cart" and I get the following error:

    A General Script Error Occurred

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: Error loading configuration file ../acatalog/A0005.cat.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

Anyone got any ideas about what this is and how I can fix it??

    Many thanks

    Sam

You didn't mention if this was the same for all products or not but it looks like the cat file may be a problem. Try uploading the site again or even doing a purge and refresh of the site.

Well so far I've only added the one product just so I can get a fell of the layout of the site etc, before I proceed and add the other products.

How do I do a site refresh in Actinic? Also, what if I get the same error - I noticed, that if I removed the component product option drop down list, the error goes away.

The component used is the one from the tutorial (printer speed options) just so I can get a feel of how the product page will look....

      Any ideas?

      Sam

PS: What if I upload the old version of the .pl page? will that screw my site over?

To do a complete refresh go to: Help|Troubleshooting and at the bottom you will see Web Site Purge and Refresh.
If you could post a URL to the test site it might help to see whats going on.
