H Tags, Actinic style sheet & breadcrumb

Can anyone help?
I would like to change the css so that the breadcrumb navigation is tagged as H1 the item title as H2 and the description as H3 while maintaining the actxsmall font size. Trying to get the page very Google friendly.
I am using Smart design and cannot get my head around, where in the template manager, and how this can be done!
Any help gratefully received.

The breadcrumb comes from the Act_PArentSectionsn templates.

Products are usually in the Act_ProductLine template.

Be VERY cautious about doing what you are doing as they are not actual headers a set out by the W3C guidelines and you could be hit as trying to spam the serach engines. Header tags should be used for headings only
