Having problems when order is transfered to sage and the customer already exists in Sage:
The order is coming in and creating a new account, rather than finding the existing customer.
I have 'Create new Sage customers from unregistered customer orders' checked.
According to the manual, this creates a new customer if the Postcode, Name or Email fields cannot be found in any existing Sage customers.
However, this isn't working - we've just had an order where the name and postcode matches, yet it has createe a new account.
Could someone clarify whether:

- The postcode is case sensitive and has to have spaces in the right place
- Wheter it is the invoice or delivery address in Actinic that is matched
- only one field needs to match, or all three
