Strange BASE HREF issue

Hi,

There are lots of posts regarding BASE HREF but none that seem to cover this particular problem. The href is set to acatalog when logged out, and seems to work fine when customers log in. However, if logged-in customers subsequently log out again, the href value incorrectly switches to cgi-bin.

I've checked the brochure and shopping primary templates, done a couple of refreshes, and purged the session files with no results. I know these href issues are often tempramental but 3 days later we're still having the same problem.

If anyone has any more ideas about what's causing this I'd be very grateful! Thanks

Can you please provide me a dummy 'Username' and 'Password' so that I can replicate the issue?

Also check if this is effecting several customers or just one. If just one then delete the actinic cookie on that PC as it's probably corrupted.

We decided to upgrade to 7.0.6 last week and that seems to inadvertedly solved the problem, thanks.
