We have been using digital downloads for SecPay order for quite a while now with no problems at all. We now have a number of customers who pay us on a monthly account and I want to be able to allow them to download digital files after they have logged in and ordered against their account. However, when the account customer orders in this way there is no download link appearing on the receipt page or email. I have read in the previous threads on this issue which mention that digital download relies on a call back from the payment provider. Could this be the reason why we don't see the link for account customers - since thay are not going though any payment provider. If this is the case is there a solution?
