Free Products - Why No Delivery Details?

We have a couple of new free products on the site (price zero & free delivery).

When someone orders them, the correct contact details are collected. But the "delivery" details are not displayed - either on the email receipt or when the order is downloaded.

Have I got some setup wrong on this one?

This workaround did not work; neither did an upgrade to v7.0.6

If a shopping cart contains items that are free, only the invoicing screen comes up, and delivery details are excluded from the order confirmation and downloaded order details.

This is proving to be a real problem now

This issue is fixed in 7.0.6. I would suggest raising a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm. Support will need to take a look at a snapshot to see what is causing this to break in your version.

Did you try the work around in 7.0.5 or in 7.0.6? Please mention this thread and the reply to this question in the ticket you raise. If you have a Cover Contract please do call in and one of the team will assist you.
