Export Hangup

On export it hangs up in the middle. When "cancel" get error message:
"the parameter is incorrect"

Have compacted database (which allowed snapshot which was hanging up).

Have searched forum but can't find an answer.

Any help, anyone?

You might want to try purging the catalog, which will remove for good any products etc with the red cross on them, plus cleans out some not seen files which remain lingering, then do the compact and give it another try.

No worries - we have found that some of the strangest issues, where nothing looks like it could be wrong is solved doing that little set of actions, so one for your arsenal if you encounter similar or strange issues in the future...
