multiple computer site access

I work from home as well as the office. can i access and change the online site from both locations?

Yes - so long as you export/import site snapshots between computers each time.

If you try to upload from both computers, the programme will do a complete refresh every time (all files), since the datestamp on the online files will always be different from the last recorded upload time on the machine you are currently using. (see Murphy's Law)

It is best to use only one machine for all the uploads, using snapshots to transfer changes made at home to the work machine for upload or vice versa. I would recommend using the work machine for site upload, especially if you do have stock maintenance selected, as you must upload from that machine to refresh stock quantities.

Thanks, thats very usefull. currently i am not using stock levels. but i am certainly looking into it for the new phase of my site.
