    Spreadsheets and product duplicates

Is it possible to built an excell spread sheet or .csv to not only add products to sections but to also allocate duplicates of those products into other sections?
If so, how can I mark duplicates so that they are not called in as additional products?

Yes you can do this in Excel.
Best is to create a sample setup of what you want in Actinic first, then export this. Open the export in Excel and you will see the format of the required products/duplicates and sections etc.
It may look a bit daunting at first but when you understand the formatting it is quite easy.

Follow Actinic's naming convention. First duplicate is 1!originalProductNumber, second duplicate is 2!originalProductNumber, so for a product called ABC123, you would create 1!ABC123 and 2!ABC123.

EDIT: Duncan's answer is better as you will also see how the duplication of the description, pricing and other data is handled.
