Want to Get Rid of 'Departments' Button, Which Isn't Really a Button

I had the opportunity to watch a lady who had never been to my site click repeatedly on the 'Departments' button. She thought it was broken. I had to explain that it's only a header for what's below it.

She had a point in that the Site Map, Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, Home, Store Top and Login buttons, which look the same, do work. In the continuing effort to make things idiot proof, I would like to get rid of it or subsitute it with one of the same color as the 'main pages' header and 'Items: Value:' indicator. I'm not always going to be around to explain why it doesn't function.

I'm pretty sure it will have to be removed from or substituted in up to three templates, but am totally unsure where to find it. A point in the right direction would be appreciated. Using Best Seller.

Follow up. I found it in the Act_Brochure Primary, but commenting out the line it's in didn't work. <!-- -->

    Hey Charles, try this

Search the Site1 folder for files 'named' Departments. When you find the image, copy it and name the copy Departments2. Open Departments2 with some handy dandy image manipulating software and clone the background over the text and save the changes.

Search the Site1 folder for all files 'containing the text' Departments. Search each of the four Act_Primary files the search will yield for the word Departments and change to Departments2.

The button that wasn't a button in the first place will then look like a separator and no one will ever click on it again.

    It's working for me.

(it feels sooo good to finally answer one of my own goofy questions.)
