Invalid Key - Fix

I had the same problem with the key sent by Actinic on email. After phoning support and the admin office I was told it was a problem with their scanning software. Apparently it happens quite a lot.

To fix the problem, I had to replace all the lower case letter with capitals for the whole key ( and may be vice versa)

Great huh? Anyway, I guess it's my fault for not paying attention to the simple things first. Part of being a website numpty I guess!

All up and running now though and it seems fine. Can't knock actinic as they have been brilliant when I have had cause to speak to them.

Just glad there is a forum with some kind hearted experts who aren't out to tear apart any newbie asking silly questions.
