changing templates

i am using the best seller theme in specific designs. I am in the process of changing my buttons. although there is a button to the right of the terms and conditions button that i cant find the location to change it.

would i have to adapt it through html?

because im not that good with it?

If you mean the long blue bit that extends from the T & C button to the right edge of the screen - that is the remainder of the table cell your buttons are sitting inside, which has a background colour set to blue.
