Falling at the first hurdle....

Just starting off with Actinic and feeling my way a liitle, but I can't seem to get past the Website configeration wizard to upload the store.
I'm using Fasthosts (seen the other thread about problems with fasthosts which is not terribly confidence inspiring) and Secure Hosting www.secure-server-hosting.com for the secure side of it.

I can't get past the point at which it requests for the 'Secure Server FTP Account' screen.

Does anyone know basically what I need to have setup already, and what I need to enter to make it do it's thing?

What Fasthosts package are you using?

Nothing is up yet, using Fasthosts Business package on Windows

I'm far from being an expert believe me........but I ended up just forgetting about trying to get the SSL side of my site up and running and just concentrated on getting my main site up there at first. After I had done that I then tried to sort out the SSL.........and I'm still trying (See other posts on this board)
