Changing Customer details in confirmation email

I have used additional fields (company name and job title etc) to allow my address to be correctly formated for mail sort and de-duping however this has caused problems with my email and invoice pack/list layouts. I have changed order script but this has not solved the problem it still runs as follows:

If the order script is not overly customised, try replacing it with and original from the 'Original' folder in the v7 installation directory.
