Section Boxes on Best Seller Theme

Is there anyway to change the number of section boxes on the Best Seller theme?

I'd like to have a 3 or 4 column array.

Or should I give up and start from something else?

This sets the global default

The array of subsections can be overidden by the parent of any subsection by clicking on the parent's sections layout tab.
