    Customer Reciept on Checkout

Well, thanks to the many folk on here I'm now up and running. I suppose it's just a case of filling the store up now

I've noticed that when the customer receipt page displays (after entering your details....etc) at the top and bottom of the page I'm ending up with:

NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERTEXT and NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT as text displaying

Have I not filled something in somewhere? I'm presuming this should not be happening?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi There,

Took a look at your previous posting with the screenshot and as far as I know the default customer receipt page does not contain NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERTEXT and NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT. I presume you have copied it over into Act_Order04.html, but just that those are not global variables, meaning it will work only in some places and not throughout your Actinic site.

    Regards,
    Robert.

Do you know how I can rid of the text showing up? Or is it supposed to be there?

Look in the template for the variable and put commenting out tags around them like this <!-- variable -->

          Sorry Bruce,

          I'm struggling with this.

What template is it on? I've tried Act_Order04.html opened it up in Dreamweaver but it looks like nothing I've seen before. Any chance of step by step instructions?

Thank you for your time and patience

If you go into Design | Options | Layouts, click edit against 'Receipt Page layout' and that will open the template you use for the receipt page. In here you will find both NQV's, comment them out by inserting the following tags around them as in the example <!-- NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT -->

            Kind regards,
