    Uploading Trouble

    Hello,

I hope someone can help me on this one:

I have tried to upload my website using the Web/Configure Website Details option: and choosing Confim each setting.

Here is a picture of the Web Server (Linux) directory structure (figure 1) the web root directory is "www" and cgi-bin lies outside.

Under Directories I have set it up as follows (figure 2)

    I then confirm the CGI-BIN address - http://www.schoolofcolour.com.au/cgi-bin/ Figure 3

Everything is excepted until it reaches the Perl Installation.

The next step (Figure 4) is to confirm the Perl path - I have tried .cgi and .pl

I then recieve the error message in Figure 5

I have also set the required CHMOD Permissions as outlined in the Advanced Guide.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    cheers

    Leon

Export your network settings and post them here (remove your passwords first). It will be easier to see what you have configured.

Path to perl is usually /usr/bin/perl

.cgi and .pl are sscript file extensions.

        Hello,

        Thanks for the information:

When you ask to export the network settings, do you mean the ones in Actinic?

If so, I have not be able to make these successfully Test so I have resorted to the wizard.

        The domain name is www.schoolofcolour.com.au

        The cgi-bin is www.schoolofcolour.com.au/cgi-bin

The webroot directory is under www.schoolofcolour.com.au/www

        cheers
