NETQUOTEVAR values showing in 'Contact Us' entry fields

You can make it happen if you start on the 'Contact Us' page, then click 'Login', then click 'enter as guest'. You'll be taken back to the last page you were on, i.e. 'Contact Us', with some interesting additions.

If the same thing happens to you that's happening to me, you'll see NETQUOTEVAR:NAMEVALUE, etc. in all the entry fields.

If you go somewhere else and then come back, they're gone.

I looked high and low for a reference to this in the posts. I also looked high and low for another Actinic Site to test it, but couldn't find any that were set up to recreate the scenario.

I had the same thing happen although I don't have any login - just by going the the Contact Us page. I got around the problem by modifying Act_ContactUs.html to get rid of the NETQUOTEVAR:NAMEVALUE etc.

Don't know what the original problem is.

This is the wrong link. The address to link to the 'Contact Us' page should look something like:

http://www.whatever.co.uk/cgi-bin/mf000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWFORM

NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBMAILLINK will automatically generate this link for your site.
