Customer Account Reports

Does anyone know if its possible to see if someone is accessing their customer account on actinic ??

I want to lock down on customer accounts for my wholesale site and if someone hasn't used it in a long time, to disable it.

You can do this in Actinic, go to the Reports Tab, Reports Selection, Sales tab, here you should see 'Transactions by customer account'. It should give you what you are looking for. You may have to compare this against a list of Customer accounts, you can do this in teh form of a hierarchical file export from Actinic.

Only thing about this is that it only shows you what customers have purchased something.

I'm really looking to make sure they're even logging in just to check the website every now again and in this case will perhaps make a future order - unlike people who never login - if this makes sense ?

Hi Lyndsey,

I am afraid that is not possible with Actinic at the moment, as we do not store any server logs or store cookies on the server so there is no way to tell when last a customer logged in even if it were to check the site. You may have to look at some other application that can perhaps track cookies and extract the information to a source for you to access.

Depending on your web log analysis programme, you might be able to extract data like this. Sawmill would allow you to create a filter on individual IP ranges for example.
