CVV codes missing from downloaded orders!!

Just downloaded orders for offline processing and no CVV codes were visible!!

Checked previous orders and they were missing too!

Restarted Actinic (ver 7.0.5) and CVVs reappear but NOT for todays orders!!

Is this a known bug??

What exact version of Actinic are you on? Look in Help | About

I would suggest going into Housekeeping | Compact databases | select both options and continue, this will close down Actinic. Restart and then refresh your site. Place a test order and let us know how it goes.

I'm using developer 7.0.5.

The problem has gone away since I restarted Actinic, but I am concerned that it might reoccur and I will have to contact customers again to get the full card details.

Any clues?

I think that was just a one off incident. It should not happen again, but as suggested earlier, it would be good to compact the database at regular intervals.
