There was an error with V6.11 which prevented you clicking OK to close a section dialog, if you had an empty page filename box. This was fixed for V6.12, but I am still encountering it in a similar guise.
I have been going through top level sections, changing a bit of text in the Description field. Every other section I click OK on, I get the error:
"The specified file name conflicts with another file name!
Please enter a unique (ignoring case) file name."
This is only an annoyance (but still a bug!), as if you click OK on the error box, then OK on the section dialog, the dialog closes second time round with no errors.
