    Payment Method Selection

The default payment option on our site has somehow set itself to payment details by phone. It used to be ePDQ Secure Hosting. We use smart theme. Customers are ringing me saying that they can't change it themselves. Can anyone help with the 2 following:

    1) How do I set the default back to ePDQ
    2) Which design Text phase reference Do I need to alter the Payment Method:* text to explain further that the customer needs to click on the option to select a different method. Even better is there a way to display them all at once?

Any other remedies I haven't thought of will be appreciated

    Thanks

The default payment method for your website is still "ePDQ Secure Online Card Payment(128 bit encryption)" and I have tested it on 2 different computers. The cookie on your customer's browser remembers what option was last chosen even if it means just playing with the dropdown and clicking next. They would need to clear cookies to see ePDQ appear as the default option.

Design | Text | Go to Phase: 5 ID: 0 is the text you would need to change for Payment Method:

There is an 'enhancement' in the Advanced User Guide on presenting payment choices as a set of radiobuttons - if memory serves me right.
