CSS Tables and Templates

Greetings everyone

I am having a few complications with this page & a section template i can't find ????

Does anyone have any idea what section template i should be looking at ?
I have taken a screen shot and loaded it here: http://www.gardengames.co.uk/actinictable.htm

as you can see there is a inner table where the images and descriptions are sitting, but there is an outer table which i can't find out where it's coming from ?

If anyone has an idea where the outer table is coming from, would appreciate the feedback..

if you untick "compact html" option under Design | Options | Misc and preview the page all the template names are listed in view source

Don't forget to compact the HTML again prior to uploading to the server

As for the template it is possibly going to be the Act_Primary (not entirely sure which of the highlighted tables you are referring to)
