User Definable 1 & 2

The user definable fields 'how did you find our site' and 'what was you reasons for buying' - can I add them to the order phase 4 template so they are printed on the receipt ?

Gordon,

These fields are usually only printed on the Packing list report and not on the Receipt or the Invoice. You can modify the reports to show the fields, but that would require Crystal Reports v8.5, or you could approach Jan from www.mole-end.biz to see if she can generate a custom report that will print these fields for you.
