Auto Generated Sub-Section Links for Navigation

To begin I am using Developer 7.0.1.1.0.0 EGSA.

I am reading the AUG trying to figure out how to create auto generated sub- section lists for navigation. Let me explain...

If I am in one top level sections say Cars the list of sub-sections for cars should be displayed (Sedans, Convertables, etc). If I am in trucks then the sub-sections of trucks should appear only (Pick Ups, Dump Trucks etc)

I think the AUG says using NETQUOTEVAR:CHILDSECTIONS_RAW
NETQUOTEVAR:CHILDSECTIONS_NAMES

Am I correct in my assumption? If not what should I use.
