Is there a field in the flat file import for creating your page title (as distinct from page name)? On manual entry this is the field directly below the html page name.
I'm afraid there is no field in the Flat file to import "Page Title". Alternatively you can use "Hierarchical File" which has "Page Title" as one of the fields.
