    Script Error

I have this error on my ca000001.pl :
Erreur: Calibre de panier XML (DiscountInfoLine manquant).
    Did I forget something?
perhaps I forgot to send something on my FTP?
    Please help me.

I want to precise this too.
First, I will have this message when I wanted to update my site :
The server scripts are incompatible with the version of Actinic. Refresh the web site.
If order processing is split from web site maintenance then 2 copies of actinic must be upgraded to the same version.
If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the originalsubdirectory and try again.
    Server version="6..." Client version="7.."
So, I refresh my site. And then, I send all on my FTP and I have this message :"
Une Erreur Générale de script s'est produite
Erreur: Calibre de panier XML (DiscountInfoLine manquant)

        English translation

        Shopping Cart XML (DiscountInfoLine missing).

The quick solution would be to compare your current Act_ShoppingCartXML template in site1 with the original found under C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes - look for the name of the theme you are using.

If you have not altered this template, then you can copy the original and paste it into site1 overwriting the non-working file.

Are you doing your uploads from Actinic or are you doing a stand alone FTP upload? If stand-alone, where are you getting the files to upload?

OK - did you find a difference in the Act_ShoppingCartXML template?

I send the original version of Act_ShoppingCardXML on my FTP and there is always the same error.
I think it's maybe I do correctly the update or I don't send all the pages on my FTP. No ?

No - you should not send any pages at all over your FTP. Actinic will create pages from the templates and will load the pages it needs.

The place to put the original Act_ShoppingCartXML.html file is the site folder on your PC - normally C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ on a standard installation. Actinic will then use that original file to rebuild the web pages when you do an upload using the Blue up pointing arrows.

C'est toujours le même page? Can you provide a web address so we can look for something unusual. Normally, the date format is copied from your PC regional settings, but on this page should only be the choice boxes for credit card start and end dates.

A link to the site to test this and see exactly the code where the error is coming from would be really helpful. Without that, then we could spend a lot of time guessing and waste time trying different things.

then you click for exemple on the first blue link "demande d'inscription".
And you arrive, on a page where you have the description of your product, you just have to click on the btutton "demande d'inscription". And then a page where you have to take some personnal information. And you arrive on an other new page when you have finished to take you personnal information and when you click on "etape suivante". It's here that's there is the error.
