It has taken me a while to realise that all the extra white space comes from the css file.

Where do the values for "body - margins" come from and can I affect them without hard coding them?

Failing that where does the original for actinic.css comes from so I can fix it at source?

actinic.css although I have never seen body tag in thier. I assume you have a gap at top and Left

Sorted.

The original actinic.css files reside in each original or saved theme. The hard coded bits can be done there.

There is a body element in actinic.css, 2nd or 3rd from the top, where left, right, top and bottom margins are declared.

One bit that had me confused this evening was that the theme I was using (Business CSS) also had top and left margins in the body tag!
