Components & Attributes

Just wanting to know if this has happened to anyone & if there's any advice ?

I have been using components & attributes for ages, especially within the trampoline selection where people can choose their trampoline padding colour. However, today i noticed there is the Html name of the component, but there is no attribute choice. I have had a look within the site & everything seems to be set up fine. Have i missed something somewhere, or has anyone had this before ?

More than likely it's just an option i've managed to turn off by mistake, i have recently been changing things around using Norman's upsell software. Would that have any affect on the Components & Attributes even if i haven't touched any of the products with these options on ?

Any advice appreciated...

So the attribute is not there anymore? I cant say ive come across that happening before.

The standard way to set up a product, with a choice of colours for example would be to have your product, with a componant, attribute and however many choices you want.

That's what i thought, i have been using attributes as normal for ages.Suddenly they have stopped working. There is text only now, the option isn't there. 'In the preview and the browser... Any ideas at all ? Could i have turned off an option by mistake, is that possible ?

The first trampoline on the list has 2 attributes within a component set up.that would be the choice between trampoline padding colour. It's the oddest thing i've seen ?

Sorry james, in answer to your question. I haven't done anything to the attributes. The thing is it's not an isolated case, i've lost all my attributes within the site.

You appear to have modified Act_VariantRadioButton.html to include <noscript> and </noscript> tags around the code in there.

Could you post that template so we can see what's up?

It's sorted. All i did was take out that non scrpit code. Don't know why that was there... Thank you for your help.
