Paypal payment issue??
We have recently added Paypal as an alternative/additional payment method to HSBC.
We charge £1.00 delivery on all our orders. When our customers pay through HSBC they are charged correctly including the £1.00 delivery.
However when they pay through Paypal an extra £1.00 is paid to us and debited from the customer's Paypal account.
Example for a £50.00 order - the Actinic Invoice shows the correct Total but in the case of a Paypal payment a "comment" on the invoice states 'The total in the payment authorisation £50.00, does not match the total downloaded with the order,£51.00
Have we got a setting wrong on our Catalog or is this an issue between us and Paypal? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
