Looking for a developer

I've been put in charge of re-vamping my Dad's site so that we can link it up with Sage, I've tested the software up to a point and I'm more or less happy with it.

I need a developer who can code my design and entwine it within actinic, it will just take me too much time to learn it all from scratch.

Can anyone recomend one to me?
