Web Refresh

I am trying to complete a Web Refresh but keep getting the attached error. Can anyone advise why this might be happening!

Try pinging your server - it might be down.

(from a command window [start - run - type cmd] ping www.domainname.tld)

If that works, and your host provides a control panel - check for messages about changes. FTP to the site and check folder permissions.

Last gasp - ask the host if they changed anything.
