Exporting Snapshot problem

Hi all,

I have just brought a new PC and want to transfer Actinic and my store onto it. However, every time I try and export the snapshot of my store, Actinic crashes.

Does anyone know if this is quite common and whether there is a patch to fix this or is there another way of getting my site onto my new PC. The site is too big for a CD.

What version of actinic are you using?

Are you sure it's crashing and not just taking a long time to complete? I have a very large site and creating a snapshot can take about 1/2 hour - sometimes more. The screen can go almost white and appear as though Actinic is not responding, but if you leave it you will get the completed message at the end.

Just a thought.
