uploading site

I have finally finished my site and am trying to upload it to my host.
though i keep getting a message saying that some of the files must be renamed before it can be uploaded see below.

Some filenames conflict. All files being sent to the web site must have unique names. Please check the list of files in Advanced | Additional Files.

Some of the following files must be renamed before an upload can occur. Once the files are renamed, reselect them in the Actinic.

C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Catalogue\Adult Toys\lt107.jpg
C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Catalogue\Hygiene\lt107.jpg

i have changed the files by adding a number changeing one of them to:

C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Catalogue\Hygiene\lt2107.jpg

but it still says there is a clash and it won't show the new name i.e. it2107.jpg

is it in the root of the database that can't be changed simply by changing the file name. I have changed the actual name in the cataloge within the sites forlder where my images reside. where am i going wrong?

It may be that as well as in Additional Files, you have 2 Products or Sections that use the same image name, but from different folders on your Actinic system. Actinic will see these as different files and give the same warning.

Looking at these images should lead you to the products that are involved.
