A General Script Error Occurred

Hi

We are receiving this error message when using our E-commerce site:

A General Script Error Occurred
Error: Error opening ../public_html/acatalog/81Z178Z45Z0ZdslZpipexZcomA1136890685B26400.session (Permission denied)
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

Can anyone advise why this is as one of the PC's on the network is OK.

The session files are made up of the IP address of the browser - so it may be if the current session is open on another PC on the same network the new connection is creating the same session ID which is causing the conflict??? Just a thought......
