pages missing after 'add to cart' is clicked

on my website i have an 'add to cart' button at the bottom of each product, when clicked it doesnt go anywhere...i need to know how to create further checkout pages etc to continue my site...any knowledge will be very helpful!

If you mean, when you preview the site on the desktop, this is normal. The checkout process is run by cgi scripts which only work on the website.

If you mean on the website, add and configure payment options in View | Business settings Payment and Security ( You also need to have tax setup and shipping and handling ).
