Error on my page : arguments

Hi !!!
I have somme errors on my page : os00001.pl and ca0001.pl :

'chaine' is undefined

or

'totapaie' is undefined

It's some arguments which permits to keep informations about the customer's purchase (price...).
Then this information permits pay and access on the bank's server.
But I don't how can I resolve this problem? Where can I modify this?
