The news is that it will be called v8 and is due for release "sometime in the summer".... that's all you will get from Actinic ... reading between the lines it will still be static HTML but that could change.... who knows?

Probably only if you bought or buy actinic cover. Then it will be free if released during the period of cover, normally one year.
