Description Field in

In an actinic section, there is a Details field under the General tab.

Can anyone tell me what this is used for? I've entered a description, but i cant see it anywhere on the webpage.

If its invisible, is it worth populating for google etc to search in?

This text is description for that section and will only appear on your web-pages if you use a Section Link Template that shows it. See Design / Options / Layouts / Section Link Templates.
