My client is getting an error everytime he downloads an order after setting up Actinic on a new PC.
When downloading new orders the error message goes something like this,
! An attempt was made to access an order past it's end
and then
! One or more orders did not have their payment service provider processing completed (etc) Usually because the buyer didn not complete the order.
(he read these over the phone to me, so they may be slightly incorrect and shortened as I wrote them down)
The odd thing is, I quickly ran Actinic here at the studio to verify the problem and (dud) orders completed perfectly on this Actinic install. Both versions of Actinic are the same version number. (7.0.2)
Any help? I'm guessing it's something he's got configured on his Actinic install.
