I have inserted this code "<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

when I try to link to the catalog I don't get the url address for it.
Any ideas?

where did you enter this code? Are you browsing using the "Preview pages" button (the one with two pages and the spyglass)? What page are you on when you try the link? Have you completed the site data required in View | Business Setting - Company and Advanced | Network Settings?

This is on the Brochure page. It works for other predefined buttons, just not for this one.

Apparently that is a known issue. You will need to hand code the link in Act_BrochurePrimary.html.

If you are unsure how to do that, a search here on 'shop link brochure page' should give you plenty of helpful reading.
